[COCOBUK POLICY AND BOOKING TERMS]
1. All bookings made online are non-refundable and non-modifiable. No refunds are provided unless the failure to use the reserved positions is directly caused by the establishment.
2. The chosen position on the map cannot be changed on-site. In case of doubts or questions, please contact the establishment in advance.
3. The number of entrance tickets included is indicated on each package. Extra guests must purchase an entrance ticket at the cashier or as an extra during the booking process. If the guests' tickets have not been purchased, access to them might not be guaranteed.
4. Bookings can only be made online through the Cocobuk platform. For payment information, please refer to Cocobuk's policies, which manage the payments. Telephone, mail, or social media bookings are not accepted.
5. Umbrellas may be temporarily closed in case of strong winds for the safety of all bathers. This situation is indicated by a yellow flag hoisted on the poles. The closure of umbrellas due to strong winds is not a valid reason for any refund.
6. Additional equipment (third deck chair, third sunbed, third chair, etc.) can be purchased directly on-site, depending on availability.
7. Each package indicates the maximum number of equipment and guests that can use the same umbrella.
8. The customer can change the name of the booking by notifying the reception via email or phone by the day before accessing the establishment.
[BEACH REGULATIONS]
1. Access and stay within the bathing establishment are allowed on weekdays and holidays from 09.00 to 19.00. The management reserves the right to extend the access period and/or time or deny access to the beach, at its sole discretion, in case of overcrowding or particular safety conditions. Access is allowed only upon showing the personal entrance title (subscription card or daily ticket) to the staff or automatic readers, which must be kept for the entire stay in the establishment. Additionally, the management reserves the right to temporarily modify the normal opening hours in conjunction with significant events and/or exhibitions. The holder cannot transfer the use of the cabin and/or umbrella position to third parties; moreover, it is forbidden to move the equipment (chairs, sunbeds, deck chairs) from the assigned position, and the cards issued to the subscriber cannot be transferred to third parties.
2. It is not possible to access the beach with deck chairs or other "seats" or with food or drinks introduced from the outside. For this purpose, a refreshment service at affordable prices has been provided, ensuring care and compliance with hygiene and sanitary regulations in the preparation of dishes. It is explicitly forbidden to use gas stoves and/or other fuels, and/or light fires, either in the cabin or in common areas, as well as organizing banquets or feasts; fishing from the shore of any species and with any kind of equipment is prohibited, as well as the cleaning or treatment of any marine species (e.g., shellfish, octopuses, crustaceans, etc.). Offenders will be reported to the competent authorities.
3. No animals of any kind are allowed, except for guide dogs.
4. The Baia Sangiorgio beach is a cliff beach, so be very careful when entering and exiting the sea. If necessary, you can ask for help from our lifeguards. Our piers are available only for walking and cannot be used as diving boards. On the beach, respect for good manners and decency is required. Some areas may be cordoned off by staff as they are dangerous or slippery. The management disclaims any responsibility for damage or injury caused by failure to comply with signage, regulations, or staff instructions.
5. It is explicitly forbidden to throw any kind of waste into the sea, including cigarette butts. Offenders will be identified and reported to the competent authorities. It is forbidden to damage or attach any object to trees and greenery in general.
6. The area designated for car and motorcycle parking is not guarded or supervised, and the management disclaims any responsibility for theft (even with break-ins) or damage. Vehicles cannot circulate in places other than the parking area located at the entrance. Access to the parking area is allowed only to customers' vehicles with the relevant ticket or subscription. Loss of the parking ticket entails an extra charge of €5.00.
7. It is not possible to introduce bicycles of any kind, skates, scooters (electric or not), chairs, tables, furniture, drawers, and/or equipment of any kind and size into the establishment. Large inflatable mattresses (e.g., INTEX) are also prohibited.
8. The showers are regulated by a centralized management system to avoid waste. The cost of a single shower is €0.50. It is strictly forbidden to use shampoo or any kind of products when using the showers by the sea.
9. Guests are responsible for the objects deposited in the cabin or brought into the establishment and for any damage they may cause to people or things. It is forbidden to nail the walls and/or furniture (except for a small table) inside the same cabin; in case of damage, the holder must compensate for the inconvenience caused inside the cabin and any damage caused to the establishment's property, equipment, or systems due to incompetence, fraud, or gross negligence. The management is not responsible for valuables left in the cabin. The holder must clear the cabin of all their belongings at the end of the subscription period indicated in the subscription card, and in any case, authorizes the management to remove objects from the cabin without any responsibility. Complaints for theft or tampering are not accepted. The holder authorizes the management to check the inside of the cabin for safety and/or maintenance reasons.
10. The locks for the cabins must be those provided by the establishment. It is not allowed to use personal locks or closures. Losing the key will cost €10.00 for replacing the lock.
11. In case of strong wind or adverse weather conditions, canvas umbrellas must be closed for the safety of the pitch occupants.
12. Access to areas marked with white and red tape and signs reading "DANGEROUS AREA" is only allowed to authorized personnel for safety reasons.
13. Card games, sports (soccer, volleyball, paddleball, etc.), and recreational activities can be carried out in the designated areas. In the card game area, it is forbidden to consume food and drinks, even if purchased in the establishment's refreshment areas.
14. The beach position and rented equipment will be assigned by the management and shown by the staff. It is not allowed to move or relocate your equipment to another position or the water's edge. It is also forbidden to occupy corridors and spaces in front of cabins not assigned to you with equipment or beach towels. The management is not responsible for theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended under the umbrella and inside the cabin.
15. The pool is open from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00. To access the pool, wearing a swim cap is mandatory without exception, as per current hygiene regulations. Only those who present documentation attesting to the impossibility of using the swim cap for strictly medical reasons are exempt from the obligation to wear the cap. Before entering the pool, it is mandatory to use the shower at the entrance. It is not allowed to enter the water with creams and jewelry. The management disclaims any responsibility for damage to jewelry or personal items. The management reserves the right to modify the opening hours and access methods based on needs and for safety reasons. Any additional provisions will be posted at the pool entrance.
16. For reasons not attributable to the establishment (e.g., sudden adverse weather conditions), it is not possible to request a refund for purchased and/or booked services, including entry and car/motorcycle parking.
17. SUBSCRIBING TO A SUBSCRIPTION OR ACCESSING THE ESTABLISHMENT WITH A DAILY TICKET CONSTITUTES EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE REGULATIONS. On the third warning for violating any article of these regulations, the access cards will be disabled, or the entrance tickets will be revoked, and all equipment will be withdrawn, resulting in the unilateral termination of the contract. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES, TO EXPEL THE OFFENDERS AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
